The scenic marsh side walk to the beach also takes you to the ice cream shop and a general store. Excellent fishing right here where this dock would be at Marker 57. Flounder, Trout and Drum abound. Blue Crabs readily available and Stone Crabs on the regular. A wonderful tidal creek curves front and center of this lot and is great for kayaking, crabbing, and bait fish. A house up to 3400 sf under roof can be built. Good views can be obtained of the canals behind the house, especially from the upper level, but there is no canal frontage. This makes it much easier to fit a swimming pool into your plan. This lot sits considerably higher than most nearby properties with very good run off. Photos of potential views were taken from a lift located where second level porches might be. The two sample site plans showing potential house, pool, and dock were done by a prominent local surveyor. Greensboro Street is part of a scenic bicycle route.
