Pat has been a Realtor since 1988 listing and selling residential real estate first in the Newtown, CT area, and in 2011 moving to the coastal Carolinas. She has been the managing Broker for several large national companies, and in 2002 opened Linnell Real Estate in Sandy Hook, CT. She served as President of the Newtown Board of Realtors, and in various capacities including State Director, Education Chair, and Community Service Chair. She also served as President of the Newtown Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2007. She has served on the Education Committe and Professional Standards Committee of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors.

Pat has sold properties from manufactured housing to estates of $2,000,000 plus. Pat has an excellent knowledge of the area and works hard for buyer and seller clients.

Pat has the following designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), e-Pro Technology Specialist, SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist).

In June of 2019, Pat opened Calabash Real Estate providing residential sales services to buyers and sellers. In July 2022, Calabash Realty was acquired by ASAP Realty in Ocean Isle Beach where Pat continues to provide the personal and professional services Pat's clients have come to expect.
