Kathryn is native to NC and was born in Charlotte. She is proud of our
great state and she enjoys all that North Carolina has to offer...from the
sandy beaches of the East Coast to the beautiful mountains, she feels
lucky to call NC home! Kathryn not only brings her fun-loving spirit,
positive attitude and bright smile to our team, she also brings over 21
years of successful residential and commercial sales experience. Kathryn
works tirelessly to fulfill her client's needs and her years of providing
impeccable service to her clients has earned her tremendous respect from
her clients and colleagues. Kathryn successfully managed rental properties
for almost a decade and she can quickly and efficiently guide her clients in
selecting and converting properties into rental machines!
Kathryn is a graduate of South Mecklenburg High School and she received
her B.S. in Communications from Appalachian State University. Having
moved over 20 times nationally and internationally with an Air Force family,
Kathryn learned to accept at an early age that moving is a natural process.
Seven of her early years were spent in England and the Philippines and
during this time, she visited many other countries across the world. With
this enlightened perspective of different life experiences, she understands
both the process of preparation as well as the emotions involved in making
a major lifestyle change. Kathryn takes great pride in the fact that she
worked full-time while managing a full course load to completely self-fund
her education at ASU! It is this development of time management and selfdiscipline that has created her strong work ethic. Kathryn continues to
carry this type of dedication and commitment to her clients on a daily
basis!
Kathryn has two wonderful daughters and she enjoys spending time with
them as much as possible. Kathryn's home will soon be a house divided
with one daughter attending Duke University and one attending NC State.
In addition to spending time with her daughters, Kathryn loves hiking,
gardening, reading, painting and traveling. In her 21 years of real estate
experience, she has found the perfect balance between family and work.
