Pam moved to Brunswick County in 1999 and became a Realtor in 2000. She has been a full time Agent ever since and has worked with small firms, large corporate firms as well as with a major developer here in Southport. With this very diverse background, Pam has the experience to guide her clients thru the real estate process whether it be on the buying or selling side. Working with clients on a very one on one basis, she is there not only to help you meet your real estate goals, but to also be there for you along the way.



Selling can be stressful at times but it is my job to make it a easy as possible. Whether it be help in staging, decluttering a closet or two and actually going over all of the paperwork, she is with you every step of the way.



Buying can be as stressful when one is searching for that perfect property. One of her favorite jobs is listening to the needs of her clients and then begin the hunt!



She is familiar very familiar with St. James, Southport, Oak Island, Winding River, Boiling Spring Lakes and many other surrounding areas of our beautiful coast.



When not working with clients Pam enjoys teaching Zumba Fitness at Cape Fear Fitness and St. James Community Center. She is and her husband, Brian, make a great team and look forward to working with you!
