My background as a licensed USCG charter Captain is a testament on how to get along with folks fast. During the 90s I ran sailing charters and eco tour boats from Fort Myers to the Florida Keys to the British Virgin Islands. Try spending a week on a sailboat with folks you just met. You will find out real quick if you are a people person or not.

I am licensed in both North and South Carolina with offices in Calabash and Little River. My clients as well as fellow agents find me easy going. But when it comes to negotiations I build a case that stands on it's own merit. And at the end of the day both parties should walk away with a feeling of satisfaction.
