Cindy Young landed here in Oak Island in 2013 where her husband's family have had property for 30 years after traveling the country as a military brat then as an Air Force wife with her husband Tony with 14 moves of her own. They have 2 grown sons and 2 golden doodles named Sadie and Ruby. Her background is in Education which helps her organizational skills as a REALTOR. In her free time, she likes to boat, fish, camp, hike and serve the local community.



Cindy became a REALTOR because of her passion for buying and selling many homes of her own, decorating homes and, of course, watching A LOT of HGTV! She earned her REALTOR'S license in 2015 and became a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute in 2017. She joined Coldwell Banker's Top Producing Team Cronick and Associates in 2018. Cindy has served on the Education Committee leveraging her education background of teaching to enhance Education opportunities for the Brunswick County Board of Realtors for the past 3 years. Her clients have praised Cindy for her willingness to go "way beyond the call of duty" and "her knowledge of the market and recommendations was endless."
