Jim has spent 25+ years in real estate leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies with various assignments throughout the United States. In 1997 he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey where Jim and his wife, Pat raised two children. Jim and Pat have vacationed in the Brunswick County area since 1992 and moved to Brunswick County permanently in 2002. Jim has served on numerous Board of Director's at the local and state level including Executive Committee, Finance and Strategic Planning. In 2015 Jim was awarded by his colleagues "2015" REALTOR® of the Year and in 2016 elected President of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors.
