Milt R Ward
As a native of neighboring Columbus County, I grew up loving and enjoying Ocean Isle Beach.
In my early years, I dreamed of a career in flying. After graduating from UNC-CH, I completed USAF pilot training and spent 7 years as an Air Force pilot.
After leaving the Air Force, I was hired by Piedmont Airlines in 1978 as a commercial airline pilot. With 27 years of commercial flying, I retired from American Airlines in 2005.
During my life, I was an active real estate investor which lead to my decision to become a broker in 2004. My experience is mainly in resort properties, rural properties; both farm and recreational woodlands, and commercial development.
Through my practical knowledge of the area, and my personal real estate investments, I am able to give my clients a high level of service with each transaction.
Today, my wife and I live at Ocean Isle Beach and enjoy our children and twin grandsons visiting on a regular basis.
