Amanda is a native of the South Brunswick Islands and admits, she truly couldnt imagine living anywhere else! She began her real estate career in 2003 and has been a consistent Top Producer over the years. Her experience includes; residential homes & lots, large acreage tract assemblages, parcel re-zonings, commercial, farms, and subdivisions. From contract to closing, she will assist her Buyers & Sellers by providing quality representation and the best service possible.

Monroe was originally from neighboring Columbus County, NC. He grew up on a small family farm and after graduating from North Carolina State University he came home to manage the farm until 2004 when he made the move to Coastal Brunswick County. He was one of the founders and an original member of Board of Directors of a local area bank. All his life experiences have lead him to a career in real estate sales. From his lifelong love of the land, to the honing of his negotiating skills as a salesman in the cut throat produce business, to the financial experience as member of the Board of Directors, Loan Committee, and chairman of the Properties Committee of a local area bank.

We have both been successful realtors over the years, earning many top sales awards. In July 2010, we joined the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty family.
