In my past life I was a computer system designer, programmer, and consultant in northern Virginia, which I did, and mostly loved for 27 years. The time came for a change in 2003 and I decided to move to the beach and go into real estate. I never regretted the decision. My father was a realtor and a builder in Virginia so I already knew a lot about the business. I love Brunswick County (aka Brunswick Beaches) and have been in the business here since April 2004.



I am more 'customer service' oriented, rather than 'sales' oriented since I worked closely with customers most of my career, including technical help desks. I'm all about educating my clients, helping them make informed decisions and getting them to the closing table safe and sound, making something potentially scary into a fun experience. Since I came to this area I have lived in the Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach areas. I am very familiar with all the beaches in Brunswick County, and, of course, the communities on the mainland. Each has it's own personality and I can help you find just the right place to suit your needs and desires. I like questions. Ask me all you want. One other thing .. I answer my phone. It's pretty rare for anyone to get my voicemail. If that happens, though, I'll call you right back as soon as I'm able.
