Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage
The beach is her Happy Place and Tina Williams Cox is far from alone. More people are discovering that there's no better time than now to make their coastal dreams come true.
They turn to Tina for help on the journey. As a real estate pro with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, Tina has an insider's track on the market. Over the years, she has worked with both home buyers and sellers to fulfill their goals with minimal fuss.
"Your Happiness Is The Key To My Success" is her personal motto and she says it LIVES it with bold enthusiasm.
Tina is originally from Clinton, N.C., where she honed her sales skills as an account executive for the Sampson Independent newspaper. She has also managed retail stores and worked as a loan processor. In 2004, she began her real estate career in Goldsboro, home of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, which gave her experience in serving the military market.
In 2011, Tina "took the plunge" and moved to Holden Beach, where her family owned a vacation home while she was growing up, so she knew the area well. Her office today is located in Holden Beach, but she is constantly up and down the coastline and inland, too assisting her clients. In addition to Holden Beach, she works in the following areas: Oak Island, Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, Calabash, Carolina Shoes, Southport, Leland, Bolivia and Shallotte.
Whether you are upsizing or downsizing, buying a first home or eager to sell, Tina can handle all the particulars by utilizing her knowledge and contacts and an unwavering commitment to excellent service. She has earned several real estate designations, including ones that focus on proper pricing and negotiations.
"I love the personal satisfaction of helping others achieve their goals and dreams," she says. "I have always been dedicated to putting my clients' best interests first. It is my primary goal."
When she isn't working, Tina enjoys the natural beauty of the place she calls home. Taking long walks, riding bikes and boating are favorite pastimes. Among the causes close to her heart are the turtle protection program and efforts to keep the beaches clean and pristine. "The beach," she says, "is where I find my peace and serenity."
