Garrett and his wife Donna owned and operated Theodosia's Bed and Breakfast Inn on Bald Head Island for five years. They now live across the river in Southport. Their love for the island still draws them back with their children and grandchildren. Garrett's real estate experience includes an exciting project on the harbor in Charleston, SC. He finds great satisfaction in matching buyers with island properties that will delight them for years to come. More than forty years of Garrett's life were devoted to ministry in Presbyterian Churches in Philadelphia, Boston, Pittsburgh, and New York. He occasionally conducts services in the Village Chapel and enjoys performing weddings on Bald Head Island.
