I have held a real estate license for 26 yrs and counting. I broke my teeth in land development with Bluegreen Corporation (Developers of Winding River Plantation, Brunswick County NC) on Norris Lake, TN. The community was called Woodlake. Boy, I had to dig deep into the memory bank for that one. Over the years and prior to moving to the coast of NC I have worn many hats: Developer Sales Associate, Developer Sales Manager, Developer Project Manager, Developer Acquisition Manager, Developer Division President and Owner of Mountain Lake Properties (Knoxville, TN). My family is from Whiteville, NC and I have always considered North Carolina home. Of all things, a man in TN with an "inherited gift of extrasensory perception" informed me that the ocean was my calling, not the mountains. Turns out he was right and within 2 years I moved back to North Carolina. From 2015 to 2019 have been the Top Referring Broker for either Brunswick Forest or Compass Pointe or both. The last several years I have brokered well over $15,000,000 each year. My success in large part has been from building great relationships with dedicated real estate professionals, builders and affiliates of the Real Estate Industry.
