Beach houses have always been part of my life. Beginning at age 12, I was cleaning vacation rental properties on Saturday rollovers in Ocean City, MD and providing maintenance work for various condominium complexes. After completing my education at the University of Delaware and California Western School of Law in San Diego, I had runs of success in the rapidly changing telecommunications and ecommerce industries which eventually led me to the mortgage financing business. I have been a licensed, active Mortgage Loan Originator since the late 90s working for both banks and brokers in the wholesale and retail sides of the business. As Vice President of The Coastal Companies, I serve as Qualifying Broker for our property management firm of nearly 500 properties and Broker-in-Charge of our Oak Island real estate sales office. The breadth of my education and working experience is real estate which allows me to see the wonderful opportunities that coastal Brunswick County has to offer.
