Josh Roth has years of coastal living experience, a deep understanding of the community, and a love for helping others. He is well-traveled, hardworking, and determined in every aspect of his life.

Using the skills and work ethic gained during his upbringing on a cattle farm, Josh worked with Steele Realty reviving foreclosed and forgotten properties. It was then that he discovered his passion for turning houses into homes. After college and studying abroad in Brazil, Josh was looking to re-enter the real estate world and decided to earn his license.

Once he received his North Carolina real estate license, he relocated to the beautiful seaside town of Oak Island.
When choosing a real estate office, Josh spent a great deal of time researching and reviewing.
