Born and raised in Manhattan, NYC, Seth worked as a licensed real estate agent/leasing agent of luxury apartments in Manhattan for three years in the early 1980s. He met his future wife, Teresa, in 1985 and moved to Greensboro NC in 1986. They married in 1987. In Greensboro, he worked at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital from 1987 to 1996 with the last five years as supervisor of fourteen employees. In 1996 he relocated to Oak Island to become the Director of Patient Accounts at Dosher Memorial Hospital. He has also been the owner/operator of a local business from 2006-2009. Seth is a graduate of the Leadership Brunswick Program sponsored by the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce and Brunswick Community College. Through Leadership Brunswick he got Dosher Hospital involved with the American Cancer Societys Relay for Life events. He has excellent knowledge of the Southport Oak Island area and his two daughters attended our local elementary, middle and high schools as well as Brunswick Community College.
