I have over almost two decades worth of experience representing some of the nations largest Home Builders. I now use these skills to represent local builders as well as serve clients as a "Buyers Agent". The experience I have received helps me to better understand the Builder world and the construction process to better communicate with and fill the needs of my clients.



My E-Pro experience has taught me to better communicate with my long distance clients through not only email and pictures but through recorded and live video as well. Sometimes technology can play a roll in showing a client a great opportunity helping them to make a decision quickly before the other party has time to make a offer. I keep learning these new technologies so myself and my clients can be ahead of the game.



Customer Service is at the cornerstone of my business. All the bells, whistles and designations don't mean a thing unless I have the right perspective on things. My job is about my clients needs, plain and simple. I moved to the Brunswick County, NC on April 8th 2006, and my job now is to help others accomplish that same "Dream of Living a Better Life at the Coast"! I am passionate in what I do everyday, in helping my clients "escape the traffic, stress and weather of the Northeast", and in negotiating them through the home buying, building and closing process, every step of the way.
