Hello, I am Denise Hayes. I've been a Real Estate professional for over 30 years in the N.J. area; working in real estate with my parents and sister in their real estate business. My husband and I moved to Southport two years ago because we appreciate the small town feeling that the St. James community offers: it reminds us of our hometown of Haworth, New Jersey where we had been actively involved in the community, owned a pharmacy, and were in the local Ambulance Corps.

What's unique about me is that building trusted client relationships and helping others is part of my DNA - as a licensed pharmacist getting to know my clients, gaining their trust, and always helping them was key to the success of our pharmacy. In fact, my N.J. clients still stay in touch with me.

Now in Southport, I continue to do that with my Real Estate clients- build trust, answer questions and go the extra mile. I love being a member of the Pam and Brian Donohue team- NC Coastal Living at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

In my spare time, I enjoy being on the water or playing with our four English Golden Retrievers. I love living here near the coastline where we can enjoy a beautiful climate all year; and I would love to help you find the perfect home here too.
