Wendy was born and raised in a small country town in Utah. Even though she loved growing up near the mountains she always dreamed of living on the coast. Once married Wendy moved to NC which was her introduction to real estate. While raising her two daughters she helped and participated in the national growth of RE/MAX. This required her family to move several times from SC to NC then to southern Florida, northern California, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania then back to NC. That is why Wendy is considered the Relocation Specialist. She knows firsthand the challenges faced when moving. When Wendy was first licensed in Greensboro, NC as a real estate broker she quickly became the top producer of her REMAX office and held that position for several years. Wendy also worked 2 years for a national builder in Raleigh NC, before moving to SC. The knowledge she gained as an onsite agent for a national builder is insight she loves to share with her clients. Most people don't realize if they buy a new/or being built home directly from a builder that they you won't have representation. They won't have someone looking after their interest in the home being built correctly, on time and should any problem arise, someone to negotiate and solve the problem with the builder. Wendy wants to be your advocate in building a new home. Wendy is living her dream now living here on the coast. She is always out enjoying the sun and the sand.
