Lauren Katsoudas has been an active member of her community for years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate as she expands. Many consider her as family the second they meet. She is known for her bubbly personality, assertiveness and professionalism. She takes pride in her clients and instantly connects with others from the moment you meet her.

Prior to embarking on a career in Real Estate, she helped run a family-owned construction company for 5 years out of Charlotte, but has grown up surrounded by construction her whole life. Lauren attended The University of Charlotte graduating with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Out of college she moved on to work for another construction company specializing in retaining walls for 4 years before making a career change. Having 10+ years working in the construction industry, she has gained a wealth of exquisite customer service experience and knowledge that helps her chart a path helping others with the biggest investment of their lives.

Being born and raised in Charlotte her whole life, she always wanted to move to the coast. In 2018, Lauren moved to Ocean Isle Beach where she took on real estate full time. In 2021 she gained her South Carolina real estate license and moved to Little River, South Carolina. Growing up, Little River and surrounding areas was where she spent the majority of her weekends, where a lot of her family lived. Being licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina has provided her with the opportunity to excel and provide more for her clients when deciding on their location. Location is key to many of her clients and she helps that transition as smoothly as possible. She listens carefully to their wants and needs to achieve the best outcome possible in every transaction. Being able to help her clients feel more comfortable in their housing decision is something that is very important to her.

When Lauren isn't in the office, you'll often find her at the golf course, trying new restaurants, enjoying time with family and friends and her four legged babies. She loves being active and out in the community meeting new people every chance she can.
