I received by Real Estate Brokers license in 1999 but continued to work in advertising sales and formed my own publishing company, Southport Media Company. I started publishing Southport Magazine and Leland Magazines and sold my company in December of 2019. I retired for a couple of months and then started my real estate career in 2020. I am excited to be an agent with Margaret Rudd & Associates., Inc. and part of the Jolliff Team. I graduated from East Carolina University in 1990 - Go Pirates! Arrrgggg! And I have been married for 25 years to Alan Beasley and we have a 25 yr. old daughter named, Brooke. I love to cook and garden!
