My husband Joe and I are both Realtor Brokers with Coldwell Banker SeaCoast Advantage. After many years of visiting Brunswick County as part timers, we decided to make a permanent move to the area from Atlanta. My daughter , son in law and 3 baby granddaughters live here, so it just made sense. I received my first real estate license back in the day when you attended college classes for months. That one was Alabama. Shortly afterwards, I received my Georgia and Florida license. In the last few years I added North Carolina Broker's license to my resume. Joe is a highly experienced licensed residential appraiser of 30 years in addition to a realtor broker. To add to the mix, I spent 28 years as a first assistant surgical nurse to a board certified plastic surgeon in Atlanta.
