Stephie, originally from Pennsylvania, moved to Southport in 2016, fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving down south. She feels it was one of the best decisions she ever made to finally make the move. Shortly after, she married the love of her life and adopted two goofy, fun poodles along with her rescue cat to complete her family.



Stephie graduated from college with a BA in Spanish, and speaks and writes it fluently. She taught children the language before pursuing her business career in jewelry sales. Besides selling jewelry at different high end stores, she also created her own designs and now runs a small business selling her creations.



Real estate blends her love of interacting with people and implementing her artistic vision into finding homes that meet clients' dreams and lifestyles. As an artist, she sees potential in every property and loves walking people through the process of buying their perfect home or moving on with the next stage of their lives, like she did! She is beyond excited to contribute to the Hank Troscianiec Team.
