Barry's real estate experience began at a young age. He was first licensed in 1978, working under the tutelage of his father and mother, a developer and broker, respectively. After graduating from the University of California with a degree in Economics, Barry moved into a successful 20 year Sales & Marketing career applying the latest technology to accomplish objectives of his Fortune 500 clients. He later founded his own company after receiving his MBA from Pepperdine University in the financial technology services sector. After 10 years of growth, Barry completed his largest negotiation by selling this company and re-entered his first passion, the real estate business. He teamed up with his wife, Debi in 2012; transacting over $350 in Real Estate sales. When Barry and Debi aren't negotiating complex deals for their clients, they enjoy family, golf and the water activities of Lake Norman and the coastal community of Southport.
