Native North Carolinian Doug has lived in homes across the state from the mountains to the coast, but the eastern shore has always had his heart. After investigating potential coastal communities from the Outer Banks to the Georgia coast, Doug found his dream location in Oak Island. In 2016 he cemented his plans to relocate to Oak Island by purchasing a home there. In 2020, Doug listed and quickly sold his home in Statesville, and he and his wife moved to Oak Island on a permanent basis. In the past two years, Doug has been busy buying homes, renovating and furnishing them for short-term rental. Now he looks forward to helping others realize their North Carolina coastal dreams by finding the perfect home to purchase.
