Tom McCloskey enjoys an active lifestyle.  As an avid boater and fisherman, he discovered the Cape Fear Estuary and St. James Plantation in 2021.  From that point on, he was singularly focused to make this community his home and live the St. James Lifestyle.  St. James Plantation is an extremely active community with numerous golf courses, clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts, gyms, pools, restaurants plus social clubs all which Tom found very attractive.
