Born in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Scott graduated from the Davis College of Business and Economics at Radford University (where he met his future wife, Kathy). Soon after college graduation they were married and moved to Arlington, Virginia - just outside of Washington, D.C. After a successful 25 year marketing career, he joined the WWP team as Facilities Director, obtained his NC Brokers license, and moved full time to Bald Head Island in 2021.

In 2013, his oldest daughter committed to swim at UNC-Wilmington and the family quickly experienced the charm of BHI and visited often. They were excited to one day own a piece of the island paradise and purchased a home in December 2018.

Scott has gained extensive island knowledge from his years of living and working on BHI that uniquely positions him to help you find the property of your dreams or sell your Bald Head Island investment.

When Scott is not at WWP, he and Kathy love visiting their youngest daughter, Abby (Louisville, KY) and Amanda and her husband, Kit (Fuquay-Varina, NC) who are expecting their first child. Scott enjoys island life with family and friends and is happy to meet and assist you with your needs!
