Originally from Southern California, Susan's family relocated to Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a BA in communications and a minor in marketing. Susan has personal experience with frequent relocations due to her husband's 20-year Naval aviator career. This experience provides her with a genuine understanding of the challenges families face during moves and strategies to ensure a smooth transition to unfamiliar communities.

Throughout her career, Susan has consistently ranked in the top 3% of real estate professionals nationwide. She initially achieved this recognition with one of the largest real estate franchises before becoming the owner and broker associate of a Westlake Village boutique company in 2013. In this role, she managed a team of realtors and served on the board of directors. In July 2017, Susan sold her share in the company and joined Sotheby's International Realty, further elevating her career. Currently, she is associated with both Sotheby's International Realty - Westlake Village Brokerage and Landmark Sotheby's International Realty in Southport, North Carolina, having recently purchased a home in the area.

Susan holds licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and California with Sotheby's Landmark Realty and Sotheby's International Realty. Her expertise encompasses various types of real estate transactions, including short sales, REOs, resales, and relocation services.
